Kung Pao Chicken..

boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced or chunk.
chili
onion
celery
salt
black pepper
onion powder
soy sauce
garlic
ginger
1 tablespoons rice wine
1 tablespoons rice vinegar
4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Combine the rice wine, olive oil, soy sauce, salt and cornstarch and marinade chicken for 30 mins.
Bring olive oil to almost smoking temperature.
stir-fry the chilies, ginger, garlic and white part of the green onions for 30 to 1 min or till the chilies turn dark.
add the chicken and stir-fry for 1 to 2 mins until golden in color.
Add the sauce and bring to a boil.
Add the peanuts. (optional)
thicken with corn starch if desired and continue to cook until glossy.
serve with white rice
enjoy with sweet Riesling Wine.

Concentrated Efo Riro....Nigerian Food.
Ingredients. ...
Efo shoko and Spinach/Clean and cut. (Feel free to improvise)
Cuts of Beef (Boiled) Save stock.
Dried fish
Dried shrimp
Stock fish
Tomato sauce
Fresh tomato
Onion
Onion powder
Crushed red pepper
Minced Garlic
Olive Oil and Palm oil (50/50)
Italian seasoning
Salt
Saute onion, tomato and garlic in olive oil and palm oil
Add tomato sauce and let simmer for 3-5 mins.
Add boiled meat, stock fish, dried fish and dried shrimp.
Add beef stock (Not too much)
Add shoko spinach or your choice of Veggies
Add all seasoning.
Simmer and cook down till there's little or not liquid left.
This dish is very easy to make and could be put together in less than 30-45 mins..Just be patient, pay attention and don't apply too much heat. Stair and disperse liquid as needed till done.

Ila Alasepo.
12 pieces fresh Okra (Hand Cut)
Dried Fish (Little pieces)
Cuts of Beef (Boiled little pieces)
Dried Shrimp
Fresh Shrimp (Lightly Boiled)
Salt (Maggi if you prefer)
Crushed Ref Pepper.
Feel free to add what ever you want from tripe to cow feet and palm oil.
Combine and boil your meats in 2 cups of salted water @ low heat. for 5-8 minutes
Add Okra and Red pepper.
Gently stir in Okra .
Adjust seasoning and thickness as desired and let cook for 5-10 minutes or till done.
Note:
Do not over cook
Do not add tomato paste or sauce.

Malibu Sweet potato and sweet yam cheese bake with grilled Ranchera Steak, baby carrots and brussels sprouts.
White and red sweet potato yams (peal and cut)
Parmesan and Asiago cheese. Combine and mix together. (Set aside some)
Milk. 1 up
Salt
Black pepper
Combine and mix milk and cheese together. (Set aside some)
Lay cut sweet potato yams in oven safe casserole, repeat and sprinkle cheese on each layer.
Add milk and cheese mixture
Sprinkle some more cheese and bake in oven @ 350 dgrs for 30-45 min.

Steak
Season flank steak and grill (oven or BBQ grill) till don/desired level of tenderness.
Cut and serve with baked sweet potato.
